Was a continuation of the Turkish Mission (1884-1909). It reopened November 1921 with a new name as the Armenian Mission. The mission's objective was to preach to and help the Armenian population living inside the Ottoman Empire. Main areas of focus were Aintab, Aleppo and Haifa.

In 1928 President Booth died of heart failure in Aleppo. With his death the mission was again closed. And would not be reopened until 1933 as the Palestine-Syrian Mission
