Small independent group of returning missionaries. Henry W. Miller was elected captain of their small group. According to John Wayman's journal, the company consisted of "Elder Tailor [Taylor], Elder Miller and Elder Cunningham and six handcart missionaries." Wayman drove a wagon, at the request of John Taylor, to protect those in the company.
