Assistant to the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

Assistants to the Quorum of the Twelves Apostles were called between 1941-1976. Spencer W. Kimball announced in October 1976 General Conference that the position would be discontinued. Those currently serving in this position at that time were released and subsequently called to other leadership positions in the Church.
