<p xmlns:its="http://www.w3.org/2005/11/its" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> Young, Phineas H,, Bishop of the Salt Lake City 2nd Ward, Liberty Stake, Utah from 1864-1871, was born Feb 16, 1799 in Hopkinton, Middlesex, Massachusetts was the son of John Young and Nabby Howe. He was bapized Apr 5, 1832 and filled several missions for the Church. He came to Utah in July 1847 and was ordained a Bishop Dec 1, 1864. He died Oct 10, 1870.</p>
