Arrivals.-The past week, elders [John] Higbee, [John] Pack, Johnson and Wallace, from their missions to Europe, and most of Capt. [John] Higbee's company. We publish the names of Capt. [Abraham] Smoots company, and design to publish a list of the heads of families, of each company as fast as we receive them. We suppose they are mostly in the hands of elder Benson, who is expected this week, in company with elders E. Snow, J. Grant, J. Taylor and F. D. Richards.
