AN ACCIDENT.—As one of the mule trains going to the Missouri river was passing Echo kanyon [canyon] recently, one of the many bridges across the creek broke down as one of President Kimball’s teams was crossing, precipitating the wagon into the stream, and his son David P. and other with his train lost all their clothing and some of their provisions. The mules and wagon were fortunately not injured.
