ARRIVED.—The company of emigrant Saints in charge of Capt. James Brown 3d, arrived from the plains, on Monday evening last, and encamped for the night on Union Square.—They were generally in good health and fine spirits.

They were visited by several of the Twelve, the next morning, who gave them some good instruction and advice which, if followed, will aid them materially in obtaining situations where they can secure to themselves what may be necessary to make them comfortable during the coming winter and in years to come.—Capt. Lemons, merchant train, arrived the same evening, mostly freighted with merchandize for Gen. Eldredge.

Several of the other companies that are on the way here, will arrive in the course of the next ten days. The church train is expected on Friday next and the hand cart company soon after.
