<p xmlns:its="http://www.w3.org/2005/11/its" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">ARRIVED FROM THE EAST.—Senator Hooper returned from his mission to Washington on Sunday evening. Gen. H. S. Eldredge and Capt. Joseph W. Young, who have had the transaction of the emigration business and the purchase of goods and machinery for many of the citizens of the Territory, arrived at the same time. We are pleased to welcome them back again to their mountain homes. With the exception of trifling ailments, they are all in general good health.</p>
