"Companies for the Valley," Frontier Guardian, 6 Feb. 1850, 2.
Companies for the Valley.

The emigrating companies destined for the Valley it is expected, will be organized by the presidency and council of the Church in Pottawatamie; and it will be our object and design to place such men for leaders or captains as have stood by the council and have co-operated with them in all things. The spirits of such men we know, for we have proved them, and therefore know and can trust them.

The Guardian can be had in St. Louis at Concert Hall, on Market street before and after meetings on Sundays, and at all times, at Elder N. H. Felts's office, number 14 North Third street, over the "Rainbow Dye-House."

It can also be had at the City of the Great Salt Lake by enquiring at the office of the Secretary of State. It may also be had at the Millennial Star office, number 15 Wilton Street, Liverpool, England.
