Draper, Jan. 11.-- Mrs. Sarah A. Snow, wife of Willard L. Snow, died at her home here, Dec. 29. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa., 74 years ago, and crossed the plains in Joseph A. Young's company in 1861. She lived for a time in St. George and then removed to Salt Lake City, where she married Willard L. Snow, a pioneer of 1847, in 1865. She was the m other of ten children, seven of whom with her husband survive her. Willard Snow, Mrs. Ella Moore and Mrs. Minnie Bernhisel of Salt Lake City; Joseph R. Snow and Mrs. Ada Gale of  Ogden; Mr.s Mary Day of Draper and Mrs. Lillian Lessinger of Cheyenne, Wyo.

The early part of Mrs. Snow's married life was spent in Farmers ward. After moving to Draper she too an active part in Relief society work and was president of that organization for 11 years. The funeral was held in the Draper chapel, Dec. 31. The opening .. [illegible]... benediction by Manasseh Fitzgerald. The singing was by the ward choir, led by Mr. Norris and the speakers were Bishop Rasmussen and Willard Ennis.
