Bates, ida., July 1,--Frank Fenton died in an automobile of heart failure this week while he was being taken from Cache to his home in Cedron. He had been working for Mr. Forbush and when he was stricken the doctor advised that he take a complete rest. His daughter, Mrs. Forbush, and her husband started with him in the car to take him home; he died on the way.

Mr. Fenton was born in New York, Aug. 4, 1842. He was baptised in September, 1867. He lived many years at Pleasant Grove, Utah, before coming to Idaho. He is survived by two sons, three daughters and 23 grandchildren.
