FROM LARAMIE.—The following we cull from the Frontier Index, of the 24 ult.—	
A train of about 800 saints arrived at Laramie on the 23d inst. There are now in the neighborhood of 1500, encamped three miles out, awaiting transportation to Salt Lake City.	
On the 27th ult. a post office was to have been opened at Benton.
