SUNDAY MORNING, 25.

INCOMING TRAINS.—“Ishtockcolah” sends the following information concerning incoming trains, dated Green River, 21st inst.:

Capt Crisman’s train, consisting of 12 wagons, crossed the ferry at this point, en-route for Salt Lake City. The Captain’s stock were in fine condtiion. He says they suffered nothing from Indian depredations, not seeing one during the trip. He expects to reach the city in about eight days. Capt. Sharp’s train of 25 wagons are encamped 20 miles east of here to night. I do not know whether they will cross the river here or at Robison’s ferry.

The latest Indians trouble I have heard from was on the South Platte, at or near Plum Creek. Fifty Pawnees attacked a large force of Cheyenne and Sioux, taking fifteen scalps, two prisoners and a large herd of stock. The operator from Plum Creek, with five soldiers, went out to repair the line, and have not been heard from up to date. Over one mile of wire is reported destroyed.
