Dier Brother[,] I take a moment in the midts of Hurry & Bustle to Drop you a line & Say that Br H.D. Haight & myself Have Succeeded in Bringing the Church train up to this place in Safety, we Shall Keep on the North Side of the River as the River is to High to ford, we travil about 15 miles per Day. we think of Reaching the City in about 6 weeks. I left Br. H.S. Eldredge & Joseph W. Young in Florance [Florence] N.T. I exspect they will overtake us about Green River[.] Br. Ferimorze Little exspected to be able to leave Florance By the 20th of July. Br A[lexander]. C[ruickshanks]. Pyper & Family[,] Sister Martin Harris & A[lexander]. Ott of N York is with us[.] the Health of our Camp is good & all is moving on well[.] we may Need a little assistance. of this I will advise you of in good time.
