THE EMIGRANTS.—We learned from Bridger, yesterday, that Capt. [William B.] Preston's train had not passed that fort, but had taken the Muddy road. The emigrants may, therefore, come in early next week. At a meeting of the Bishops, on Tuesday evening, it was arranged that fifty yoke of cattle be sent to help in the trains of Captains [William] Hyde and [Warren S.] Snow. The help is expected to meet them on Bitter Creek.

Capt. I. [Isaac] A. Canfield telegraphed yesterday from Sweetwater that his train was there and had lost twenty head of cattle. Capt. [William S.] Warren's train had passed there on Tuesday—both companies all well.
