NEWS FROM THE EMIGRATION.

Captain Murdock's train was at Bear River yesterday, and may be looked for in the city on Friday.

We learn with regret that some young men who had gone out east with flour, &c., for that company return with the sad news of the accidental death of Mr. Sidney Beckstead. He is reported to have shot himself with his own gun accidentally, while on guard. The ball went though his head and killed him instantly. It was also reported the Mr. James S. Brown was accidentally shot in the thigh, in the vicinity of Hardy's Station.
