[Regarding the funeral of Mary Ann Clark, who traveled with the 1866 Samuel D. White Company.]

Those who spoke words of comfort and consolation to the bereved were Mess. O. H. Warner of Grace, Idaho, who was a teamster for the Clarke Family while crossing the plains, he therefore had the priviledge of very intimate acquaintance with them, he had found them to be a very devoted, faithful, honest and upright family always anxious to do their duty and live their religion.
