ON THE RIVER.—Of an encampment of saints near Council Bluffs, seventeen were sun-struck on the 20th instant.  Only two of the cases, we are glad to learn, proved fatal; the other persons, though prostrated for a time, were all likely to recover.	
<p xmlns:its="http://www.w3.org/2005/11/its" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Several hundred Mormon emigrants were camped on the Omaha side of the Missouri, on the way to Utah.  So says the Council Bluffs Democrat, of the 22d inst.</p>
