<p xmlns:its="http://www.w3.org/2005/11/its" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">In the year 1862 I was called to help bring the emigration from Omaha. I went and furnished one yoke of oxen and went in Homer Duncan's train. I was appointed to take charge of ten teams. We made the quickest trip to Salt Lake to Omaha and return ever made by ox team. We were only 130 days in making the round trip.</p>
