Ogden, March 20,--Mrs. Ruth Lawson died at the home of her son, John Lawson, 2527 Iowa avenue, this forenoon of general debility. She was one of the pioneers of this community and was born in Wales December 26, 1826. She joined the Mormon church in her native land and came to America fifty-four years ago. She is survived by four sons and thirty-two grandchildren. Her husband, John Lawson, died seven years ago. The funeral will be held from the fifth ward meeting house at noon Sunday.
