RETURNED.—We yesterday greeted with pleasure our old friend Elder Joseph Bull. After a few years' mission to the British Isles, he is home again looking and feeling well, with scarcely a "shadow of changing" in external appearance.

Capt. Rollins' train, in which he journeyed as far as Ham's Fork, he reports will be here about Tuesday next. They had lost some twenty head of cattle, but were getting along comfortably.

The disease so fatal among the cattle on the plains the present season is termed the dry murrain.
