THE IMMIGRATION.—A gentleman who arrived in this city be eastern stage last evening, tells us that he passed the last of this season’s immigration at Green River, on Tuesday evening, the 13th inst. Elder F. C. Anderson, who is in charge, reported that the sick are rapidly improving in health and that the whole company are in splendid spirits and doing well.
Since leaving Chicago, three deaths have occurred, namely: Margaret Jenson [Jensen], on the 9th inst., between Chicago and the Junction, at which last named place she was buried; Lars Johansen, at Omaha, on the 11th inst., at which place he was buried, and Caren Jensen, between Laramie and Benton, on the 13th inst., at which last named place he was buried.
They will all take passage for this city from Green River by the teams which have been sent to meet them. Whether or not the teams had arrived at Green River, our informant did not learn.
