PRICES.—We invite our friends, who are paying 4, 5, and 6 bits per pound for sugar and coffee, to read Messrs. Livingston's and Kinkead's notice, in the paper. We understand they have a good supply of the above articles. It is rumored, that if their trains arrive in a healthy state, they intend to sell sugar, still cheaper, say 33 or 30 cents. For the truth of this, we cannot vouch but hope it is true, as well for their interest as for the public.

Messrs. Williams' & Blair's train, we understand, are near by, and several other trains of merchandize are on the way for this city. Messrs. Holladay & Warner's are near that hand, so reported. We anticipate no lack of boots and shoes; tea and coffee; and sugar to sweeten them this season; and ready sale and good pay to the merchants, at fair prices.
