<p xmlns:its="http://www.w3.org/2005/11/its" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">	Who will furnish us a few yoke of oxen and some cows and wagons on tithing, to be forwarded on to the Salt Lake with the poor?  It is time now to think seriously about tithing, and prompt attention to the perpetual fund for the removal of the poor.  Bring in all your tithes and offerings, and prove yourselves before the Lord, and a blessing will crown your labors.  We await the answer.</p>
