    The Branch Organist

Dora Castro Sanchez, the daughter and granddaughter of early converts in Argentina, became the organist of the Liniers Branch in 1928—at the age of 10. Unfortunately, she was still too small to reach the pedals and see over the keyboard at the same time. The problem was solved by having one of the missionaries sit at her side to pump the pedals for her.
Dora soon outgrew the need for pedal help and served as an organist for at least 30 years.
