Cash Prizes

In each Competition Region, winners will be awarded a total of $1,575 USD in prizes. Top prizes in each of the four categories will be as follows: Local History, $200; Personal History, $200; Student Research Paper, $250; Academic Research Article, $300. Prizes will be awarded in equivalent local currencies.
Smaller additional cash prizes will also be awarded, depending on the number and quality of entries. If submissions in a category are too few or of insufficient merit, the jury and chair reserve the right to redistribute prize money from that category to other categories.
In addition to cash prizes, all work the judges consider exceptional will receive a certificate of commendation.

How to Participate

Complete the submission form: You will receive an automated email once you have submitted the form. Attach your submission and signed permission document in response to the email you receive.

Submissions lacking the relevant permissions documents will not be accepted.
