The items in this exhibit are priceless foundational records from the Church’s history that document its restoration and growth throughout the earth. Among the records you will see here are early editions of modern scripture, personal records of modern prophets, and evidence of key developments in Church doctrine and organization.

Sponsored by the Church History Department, the Symposium on Women, Religion, and Records celebrates the recent release and publication of crucial Latter-day Saint women's history records. Several distinguished scholars will share their perspective on these significant women's history records from the past 300 years.

This year, the Church History Library will again participate as an exhibitor at the RootsTech conference on family history. RootsTech will return to its in-person format; it will also feature online access to conference sessions and classes. Our booth will be #117/216, located at the end of the convention hall's main aisle—look for us between the FamilySearch booth and the food vendors. Our CHL specialists will also present on researching Church history topics in the following sessions:

- "The Power of the Church History Biographical Database" (Lis Allen-Walker)
