Our department strives to ensure our workforce represents the diverse Church membership we serve. We value different ways of thinking. We welcome a variety of backgrounds, experiences, educations, identities, and skill sets to help us collect, preserve, and share our history.

We strive to combine professional excellence with our personal witnesses of the gospel of Jesus Christ to increase understanding of the Church and to build the faith of Church members around the world. Our member-based workforce includes historians, archivists, librarians, curators, editors, conservators, and many other specialists with diverse backgrounds and personalities.
