In this work, Carlisle paints a table full of food surrounded by people sharing a meal. Carlisle comments on her happy memories of family dinners: "Moments of loud laughter, conversation, feelings of belonging, and that joyful feeling of contentment." A Zion community is one where God’s family shares joyful happiness together as they partake of God’s goodness.
