Translating scripture stories into her own cultural language, Yim uses Chinese brush painting to depict Christ surrounded by those rejected by society. Christ interacts with a centurion, a Samaritan, a leper, an impoverished man, and a woman. "Christ touches and loves them," Yim writes, "restoring dignity and value to those on the margins."
