The left painting depicts blessings of God—a cheery sunny day. The right side likewise depicts God’s blessings—life-supporting rain. We are to become, the Savior charged in Matthew 5:45, like God, who "maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust." God’s children love their neighbors, regardless of debate, strife, or agendas.
