"We shine—we make the difference. My artwork is about how to live in the world and not be of the world. The technique I used shows the difference we can make—not only in one’s face (the smile) but also in the colors. In making the difference—living in the world and not being part of it—the gospel and its principles shine and bring happiness. There is nothing that can fill me fully except the gospel. The gospel is the only perfect complement in order to have joy."
