"My work of art represents the values and good works the youth of the Church must uphold. The background represents the world and its evil influence. Though we are in the world, we must not allow ourselves as youth of God’s true Church to be influenced by what the world offers, which will eventually destroy our standards. The young man with armor represents our shield and protection against temptation. It suggests that no matter how strong the influence of the adversary, if the youth of the Church will defend themselves by putting into action the gospel principles they have learned, they will not be deceived."
