"When I was five years old, I had the opportunity to be with the prophet at the Bogotá Colombia Temple dedication. Since that day I have not been able to forget the powerful witness I received. And that is one of the reasons that I love temples, and that is why I draw them. When I heard the theme of “Arise and Shine,” I thought about the meaning of a temple that is always shining. No matter where we are, no matter where we live, we all have something in common—the temples. And the only way we are able to arise and shine is by entering the Lord's house. In these sketchbooks you will find the 136 temples that were built between 1877 and 2011."
