"The main focus of my painting is the light in the center, which represents the theme, “Arise and shine forth.” I think a railroad track is pretty universal, so every nation can relate to it and to the light coming down. I wanted this track to look like it was going up to heaven. The center of it is very light so it disappears into the distance."
