“As I contemplate God’s mercy towards me, I’m drawn to see my relationship with others as important and sacred,” said Rees. “The ‘I and Thou’ relationship between my God must extend to an ‘I and Thou’ treatment of all I interact with if I remember the ongoing deeds of the Lord towards me.”
