Making Eternal Time

“As I read the scripture associated with the theme, the poetic phrase ‘wonders of old’ and ‘works of the Lord’ struck me,” said Romano. Creation, life, seeds, and variety, as well as the ancient covenants of the temple, are, for him, “physical traits of the Lord’s works of wonder.” In Making Eternal Time, Romano “superimposed [these] two concepts, that of the varieties of creation with that of the temple covenants, in a clock piece, symbolizing things ancient and modern, present and eternal. . . . The hope is that we take the time to commit the keys we have been given to performing the eternal work of salvation for ourselves and those who have gone before us.”
