The Heavenly Host Praising God imagines the joy that was felt at the birth of Christ and the anticipation for all the miraculous things He would do for the world. Billings said, “I think that the angels were bursting with joy to spread that good news to everyone they could.”
Billings also compared the excitement of these angels to her own feelings about the hand of God in her life. “God truly has done miraculous things in my life, and I strive to share them with the exuberance of the heavenly host on that first Christmas night.”
