“In all my life, I have pondered much about the life and ministry of our Savior, Jesus Christ. I have come to know more deeply of Him more than ever now in my advanced age, particularly now that I’m unable to walk after a serious injury and . . . failing vision. These physical limitations have caused difficulty for me as I tried to create my work and at times have caused me to fear that I may not be able to finish it in time,” said Cumagun, at 86 years old. But he continued to have “faith in Him as He did heal and blessed the lame who stood and walked again and the blind who saw with their eyes again.”
