“On January 13, 2005, my wife, Marie Lytle Myer, died. The previous day she told me that someone was in the house with us. I knew she meant a spiritual presence. She described the spirit as male, tall and thin, looking a little like our son Seth, who is alive. She said it was not her father or her brother, who had both passed on. We did not come to any conclusion as to who it was. Subsequent events have led us to conclude that it was the spirit of her firstborn son, John Milton Myer, who was stillborn. He came to escort her.”
