Into everyone's life come trial, suffering, unfortunate circumstances, and sin. At times we feel trapped, dirty, and alone. We are much like the sheep in this painting as they wait to have their winter burdens of filthy wool removed by a benevolent shearer. Through the Atonement, we can each experience the cleansing, lifting power made possible by the Good Shepherd, our Savior Jesus Christ.
