After the Savior’s Resurrection, Peter and other disciples went fishing, catching nothing all night. This artwork captures the moment when Peter recognized Jesus standing on the shore and jumped off the ship to swim to Him. “Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these?” the Savior asked, reminding Peter and all His disciples that we should remember our covenants and leave behind our daily distractions so we can serve Him totally and completely (John 21:15).
