Bennion captures Christ at the moment just before His Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem. Showing Him not as He actually appeared, but as His followers felt about Him, Bennion depicts Christ as a glorious Being full of great power and humility. The painting highlights the palm fronds that will pave His way into the city and portrays His robe covered with spiral galaxies that refer to the worlds without number He has created.
