A Gentile woman approached the Savior and begged Him to heal her daughter. After the Savior replied that gospel blessings had to go first to the house of Israel, she continued to plead with boldness and humility. In response, the Savior healed her daughter. Said Hansen, “As a woman who enjoys the creative process, I see in this story evidence that the Lord appreciates our ideas. I hope it encourages others to offer up specific and creative prayers.”
