For Mann, the exhibition theme, “Tell Me the Stories of Jesus,” sounds like a supplication from a young child. Mann’s depiction of Christ is reminiscent of a children’s book, capturing the miracle of the loaves and the fishes in a wondrous and miraculous way. The fishes and loaves seemingly appear from the Savior’s hands, and the hungry crowd is joyous.
