Using colors that are abstracted into a grid, Anderson’s painting refers to the scriptural account of the woman with an issue of blood who sought healing from the Savior. Said Anderson, “I am learning that only by humbling ourselves enough to recognize that the sole means of true relief comes through the curative balm of Christ will His miracles work in us. I don’t understand how it is done, but I know that through Christ, hearts and lives are mended.”
