Humanity’s diversity is symbolized by the different feathers that float on a blue expanse. Some are colorful and fancy; others are plain and delicate. But with loving care, Heavenly Father’s "equal appreciation" (as noted by Musiienko) of each individual feather is pictured as hands gently frame the floating plumage.
