The bottom panel and center of this piece is a sun. Cut into subsequent layers are masses of humanity who move in and out of clouds as they marry, form families, lift each other, and fly. Christ explains in the Sermon on the Mount that Heavenly Father "maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust" (Matthew 5:45). All receive the sunlight; all receive the rain.
