Resurrecting Hope: Lifting Others up with Love

Inspired by ceramic artists in Hanoi, Vietnam, Hummel creates a mosaic of hands. While one hand reaches up from a grassy field, another hand reaches down from a multicolored sky. In the space between, the hands are lifted. Hummel seeks to portray charity as a spiritual act that bridges heaven and earth. It is by reaching out to others that the work of Jesus Christ is accomplished.
