Fabrics in deep indigo, pale blue, and delicate turquoise resemble water. The layers are quilted together with stitches that evoke ripples across the surface of a lake. Clements quotes Elder Gary E. Stevenson, who taught in his 2018 talk “Shepherding Souls” that “ministering can have a far-reaching influence for good that ripples throughout all eternity.” While some ripples are bright and colorful, others are more quiet and muted; ministering in individual ways is important and significant.
“We don’t always realize that every action we do for good, whether small or large, leads to a cascading effect in each other’s lives.”
